ABOUT ME

 

After 6 kids, a PhD in nuclear fusion, a custody battle, and my own struggles to stay healthy and fit, I've finally figured out how to get and stay lean, strong, and happy.

But more importantly, I've figured out how to use that experience to help dads all over the country do the same.

Over the last decade, I've completed a couple of half Ironmans, lost 40lbs of fat, and developed the programs and tools that support my clients in their own health and fitness journeys.

When I'm not coaching, selling, or creating, you'll find me with my wife and kids or finding ways to get outside and enjoy all this beautiful world has to offer.
